Sites high and dry after several days of rain. Edge of interior roads were wet. Easy access to Newfoundland Ferry. Management said take ferry and get out of rain. Irving Station about 3km south is not easy to fuel but easy access for propane. Check out is 2 pm.

Less than 45 minutes from Ferry and easily found at night. Family staff very friendly. Large sites some with river view. German Shepard enjoyed it after six hour ferry ride.
